For subscription-based services, refunds may only be granted within the first 7 days of your billing cycle, provided no usage of the service has occurred.

Non-Refundable Cases

- If credits have been partially or fully used.
- If the service has already been rendered, such as generating images or providing custom content.
- If the request is made after the 30-day refund window has passed.
- If the request is based on dissatisfaction with the content generated, as the service is based on AI and subject to the user's prompt input.
- If you have violated our Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activities.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to be reflected in your original payment method. Please note that the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's policies.
Refunds are processed in the same way as the original payment method. If you paid using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If the payment was made via PayPal or another method, the refund will be issued to your account.
Special Cases
In certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer a refund outside of our normal refund policy. These cases may include:
